A standard modular townhome is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath model that can be easily expanded based on the size of the lot. Features include Andersen 400 series tilt-wash windows and Merillat hardwood or recessed panel oak cabinetry, PEX plumbing and heat lines, all-plywood sheathing on the roof, walls and floor, and a 10 year homebuyer warranty.
